We provide you with the documents needed to submit each visit to your health insurance company. Simply send the claim documents to your health insurance company and they will handle your claim according to your coverage and benefits. If you have coverage, they will reimburse you for the cost of your care in accordance with your insurance policy. Deductibles, copays, and/or out-of-network benefits may apply.
