Chiropractic Adjustments
Precise, hands-on spinal adjustments to restore alignment, relieve pressure, and improve mobility.
What Is a Chiropractic Adjustment?
A chiropractic adjustment (also called spinal manipulation) is a hands-on technique that applies a controlled, precise force to a joint of the spine or extremities. The goal is to improve joint mobility, restore proper alignment and movement, and reduce nerve irritability — helping to relieve pain and improve physical function.
What to Expect
Every adjustment at Wellness Collaborative starts with a hands-on assessment of your spine, posture, and movement patterns. Dr. Thigpen personally performs each adjustment — you won't be passed off to a rotating technician. Depending on your condition, adjustments may be combined with other modalities like dry needling, cupping, or rehabilitation exercises for a more complete treatment plan.
